These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MACPrep (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MACPrep provides educational board-review practice questions and explanations for anesthesiologist assistants and related learners. The Service is a study aid only.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase.
Free accounts may access a portion of the question bank (currently 10%). Premium access is sold as a one-time payment for expanded access as described at the point of sale. Features and the size of the question bank may change over time as content is added and improved.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Premium is a one-time purchase. You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing support@macprep.org — no questions asked. After 48 hours, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe a payment was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will resolve it in good faith.
You agree not to copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the question bank or its contents; not to share your account; and not to attempt to circumvent access controls or extract answers programmatically. The questions, explanations, and compilation are protected intellectual property.
We work to keep content accurate and to mark its review status, but we make no warranty that all content is error-free or current. Report suspected errors via the in-app feedback form.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MACPrep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via email.
We may update these Terms; material changes are indicated by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
